On October 10, the Zhidu International Enterprise Incubator project officially broke ground. Adhering to its positioning as the "Launchpad for Huadu’s Industry, Dreams, and Knowledge" and a core link of Zhidu’s "5+2” industrial ecosystem for innovation and entrepreneurship, the project will synergize with the group’s digital economy, low-altitude economy, and new materials industrial parks to achieve differentiated but coordinated development. After the beginning of the construction, the project will follow three main principles, namely, premium construction, coordinated building, and long-term operation, to ensure high standards and quality in building and operations, staying true to the promise of supporting tech enterprises’ growth.

　　The Zhidu International Enterprise Incubator is located in the main section of Yingbin Avenue in Xinya Street. With direct access from the project’s basement to Qingtang Station of Metro Line 9, it literally has seamless subway connection, and enjoy dual benefits of air-rail hub, which enable access to major cities in the Greater Bay Area within an hour.

　　Adjacent to Jiahua Plaza and Latin Mall, the project finds itself in a mature first-tier commercial area on Xinya Street. 　　Targeting blue ocean of the market, Zhidu International Enterprise Incubator ditches the traditional development path of "simple offices + ground-floor retail", and pioneer a new approach that integrates a commerce model featuring "sunken city lounge with dual ground-floor access" and an office model featuring "large-scale full-chain carrier nursery and incubation + industrial acceleration dual-zone mode". It aims to create the first TOD complex for business networking and incubation office in the Huadu Airport-based Economic Zone, building a closed loop where "commerce supports industry, and industry activates commerce."

　　The project covers approximately 27,000 sqm with a total investment of about 300 million yuan. It is designed to be built as a pioneering landmark for innovation and incubation, and an international cutting-edge technology platform in Huadu. The overall purpose of the project is to build a flexible industrial acceleration office space enabling "incubation, partial lease, or full lease", which supplemented by small yet high quality supporting business services, uses revenue from market operations to support incubation services, thereby achieving a balance between industry nurturing and sustainable operation.
